Gartner has recently published its 2013 Magic Quadrant for IT Service Support Management (ITSSM) tools.
According to Gartner, another year we continue without visionaries or leaders tools (you can also check the Gartner’s 2012 Magic Quadrant), and all of them are concentrated very closed, as niche players. Only two tools stand out slightly, being categorized as challengers (the same two tools than in 2012). What is your Service Support tool? Would you recommend it?
