Gartner has recently published its 2012 Magic Quadrant for IT Service Support Management (ITSSM) tools.

According to Gartner, this year there aren’t visionaries or leaders tools, and all are concentrated very closed, as niche players. Only two tools stand out slightly, being categorized as challengers.
