Airan Romero focused his career in evangelizing companies and individuals in the goods and wonders of ITSM. He currently works at OpenService managing outsourced services for over 15 companies from a wide range of categories; from insurance to retail, mainly in LATAM and North America.
A firm believer in spreading good practices everywhere, he is currently working on finishing a book about the challenges in implementing best practices in medium sized Latin American companies.
